The Individual Consultation is ideal when you have a specific question or challenge that needs expert guidance — but you don’t need a full sleep overhaul.

Your baby has hit a sleep regression and you don’t know how to manage it.
Naps aren’t working and you can’t figure out why.
You want to night-wean but aren’t sure how to do it gently.
Your baby only falls asleep at the breast or in arms and you want to change that gradually.
You’ve tried several things and nothing works — and you need a second opinion with medical backing.
You have specific questions about routines, schedules, or sleep environment.
What’s included?
60-minute video call A session dedicated exclusively to you. We analyse your baby’s situation, identify what’s not working, and give you specific, actionable recommendations — not theory, but clear steps you can start applying from that same evening.
WhatsApp follow-up support We don’t disappear after the call. In the days following your consultation, you’ll have direct access to us via WhatsApp to ask questions, share updates, and adjust anything that needs tweaking. Because the real doubts tend to show up when night falls.

What language is the consultation in?
In Spanish or English, whichever you prefer. We are fully bilingual.
Can I book from outside Dubai?
Yes. The consultation is online, via video call. We can support you from anywhere in the world, adapted to your timezone.
What's the difference between the consultation and the personalised plan?
The consultation is designed for a specific question or challenge and has a more focused scope. The Personalized Sleep Plan is a more complete solution: it includes a detailed written plan and support throughout the full implementation. If you’re not sure which one you need, tell us your situation and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do I need to prepare anything before the video call?
Yes, but it’s straightforward. Before the session you’ll receive a short questionnaire about your baby’s sleep habits, daily routine, and what you’ve already tried. The more detail you give us, the better we can use our 60 minutes together.
What if my baby's sleep problem has a medical cause?
This is one of the reasons why working with a medical professional makes a real difference. If during the consultation we identify signs pointing to a clinical cause — reflux, allergies, breathing issues, or others — we’ll flag it and guide you on how to move forward. We don’t just give sleep advice if we can see there’s something more going on.
Can I book the consultation and then upgrade to the full plan?
Yes, and many families do exactly that. If after the consultation you feel your situation needs more comprehensive support, the cost of the consultation is deducted from the Personalized Sleep Plan. You don’t pay twice for the same thing.
